No Refunds on Digital Products

All products sold by AlkaDigitNow are digital products delivered electronically through download links, email, or online access.

Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after a purchase has been completed.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Refund requests will only be considered if:

The product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our side.
The purchased file is corrupted and cannot be accessed.
The customer was charged multiple times for the same product.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
